A couple of years ago while working at McCann Erickson’s Estonian branch and spending countless hours on creating online campaigns for his customers, Harry felt the need for a much easier tool for publishing online campaigns. He was looking for something that marketing managers could use themselves without trainings and big budgets. He didn’t find a suitable solution anywhere and started thinking about building something on his own.
He shared his idea with Jan (former CEO of McCann Estonia) and Ivar (former Digital Director Omnicom Group) and they decided to make it a reality. Along the way, Ahti, one of the original engineers at Skype, joined the team as CTO.
Frank is an adjective meaning honesty, sincerity, and telling the truth (even when it’s awkward or makes other people uncomfortable). So yes, we are straight forward in buying media. No b******t, just ads!
Ahti gets himself going by running, getting lost in wilderness and bioenergetical practices. Good movies and good company occasionally also does the trick. He has 10+ years of experience in software development from companies like Skype, Pipedrive and others. At Frank, Ahti looks after product development.
Jan likes to create companies that make the world a better place in a way or another. He has 10+ years of experience in marketing and advertising. When he was a managing partner in McCann Estonia he worked with the world’s largest brands including Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé. At Frank, Jan takes care of the sales and keeps an eye on finances.
Ivar has 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Previously he was the Head of Resolution Media in Estonia (part of Omnicom Media Group). He has worked with the world’s largest brands including McDonalds, Nissan and Carlsberg. He is also an online marketing lecturer at Tallinn University. At Frank, Ivar looks after IT development and campaign management.
Harry likes things that are simple, efficient and save money and time. At McCann he helped world’s largest brands including L’Oréal, Samsung and TeliaSonera. Since then he has helped hundreds of companies achieve their online marketing goals. At Frank, Harry looks after marketing, product development and customer success.
