We are Frank. Frank is a start-up that builds an “AI Advertising Expert” who manages and invests clients’ online advertising budget to get quality leads to their website. Frank is connected to 2 million websites and uses machine learning and real-time bidding to outperform clients’ current online marketing budget.
We have a long and challenging road ahead of us when it comes to building a great product, and we’re looking to hire some talented people who want to hustle hard and help us get there that much faster!
Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Report directly to Executive Team.
- Close deals from beginning to end. Lead the full sales cycle from sourcing, cold calls and emails, all the way to closing the deal.
- Navigate complex mid market and enterprise organizations to move the ball forward to ultimate deal closure.
- Develop an understanding of customer business strategies and business needs, with a deep appreciation of how Frank’s services can add value to a customer.
- Collaborate with Head of Product to help drive product strategy and sales strategy.

- You don’t ghost people: No one likes to be ignored. You make sure to reply to all emails/calls within a reasonable amount of time, otherwise you can’t sleep at night.
- Tech savviness: we like people who aren’t afraid to get technical and are down to take a deep dive on things like machine learning and AI.
- You thrive in fast-paced industries like ad-tech.
